The maintenance staff were helpful and accommodating. The cleaning staff ensured a comfortable stay.
Nothing to complain about at all.

The hygiene of this place was terrible. The place needs to be cleaned thoroughly!!! I had to take a shower in my sandals and use gloves to touch the pipes. Is it not against policy to use colored linen in hotels. I asked for an extra pillow and I was given a red one that looks like it was being used by a dog as a chew toy!! I have been sick since i left there!!!

The maintence and cleaning staff were very helpful and made my stay comfortable,
i made an online booking which seem to confuse one memeber of staff may be the best thing would be to train all staff. i wasnt the only person who experience problems with online booking hmm the bar staff well i would be nice if they were on call all of the time as it looks more proffessional. i feel the external design is very nice but the internal like the rooms need to be updated and the pool equipement be replaced as the broken chairs is not very attractive. also all rooms need air conditioning controls as the fan is not enough.

Beautiful Surroundings and Great Value
The resort was surrounded by lush, green gardens that added to the beauty of the area. It was serene, almost like a hidden gem away from the noise and bustle of the city. The room I stayed in had a balcony that offered a breathtaking view of the ocean and the nearby mountain. there were many affordable food options within walking distance that made our stay even more enjoyable.
Although our stay was pleasant, there were some minor maintenance issues that we noticed throughout the resort. There were a few areas that needed some touch-up paint and some broken tiles on the stairway leading to the room.

Beautiful place, great price!! Not as far from the beach as I thought, great to walk around and see the mango trees!
Small pool but it was not crowded, I couldn't do any laps

I was disappointed when I see my room , everything that the advertisment on the internet of the hotel was all a lie there was no gym , hair dryer , no furnish blacony, the pool was not clean , no bar, room wasnt clean, security was bad, frequent power cut only on the hotel and the price that I paid for the room I had expected a better room so I ask to change my room and the stay that I have get one of the best room

We spent our Christmas holidays at a budget-friendly hotel in Jamaica. They offered a sparkling pool and a lively bar with authentic Jamaican drinks. the hotel's location was ideal, as it was only a short walk to the beach and local supermarkets. they had plenty of security guards on duty.
Some rooms lacked basic amenities and their mattresses were old and uncomfortable. the staff seemed disinterested and unresponsive at times, which detracted from our overall experience.

I did not like the outdated furniture that was very dingy. The floors were very dirty. And the appliances were rusty.

Liked that it was close to shops, food, bank, beach, staff were very helpful and pleasant. Was moved to other room when not happy with ameneties and upgraded to a villa which was lovely. Totally enjoyed stay there even though basic and a little run down..coped with the bugs..all part of Jamiaca. Fantastic

The Building presentation outside was great and with security good. Staff were polite.
The room was a disappointment. The bedrooms were nothing as your website described. Presentation poor. Its hygiene poor all round.
